Abstract:
The physicians and the women were disturbed by recent communications discussing a possible relationship between the postmenopausal application of estrogens and endometrial carcinoma. An analysis of these reports is made critically and in detail. The practical aspects are delineated and a precise guide to postmenopausal estrogen therapy is presented.
