Abstract:
Significant changes have occurred over the past two decades in the management of vulvar cancer. The most important changes have been the individualization of care for all patients, and the introduction of a multidisciplinary team approach. Radiation has been progressively incorporated into treatment protocols, and more recently chemoradiation has been investigated.
