Summary

Background:

  • Preparing stable frits for packed capillaries in capillary electrochromatography (CEC) is challenging, particularly with sub-3-micrometer particles.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To develop and demonstrate a fritless packed capillary method for highly efficient CEC separations.
  • To overcome the limitations associated with frit preparation in CEC.

  • Employed 1.5-micrometer nonporous reversed-phase particles in fritless capillaries.
