Abstract:
The external mastopexy with inferior pull invagination is indicated in patients with grade II ptosis or greater and breast parenchyma less than 200 cc. Based on our experience with nine patients, the advantage of this technique is better inferior support with projection to the breast secondary to the imbrication.
