Connective tissue diseases (CTDs) often present with hematological issues like anemia and white blood cell abnormalities. CTDs can also increase risks for lymphoma, myelodysplastic syndrome, and acute myeloid leukemia, sometimes due to treatment or hemophagocytosis.
