Abstract:
A case of 26 years old patient with primary giant cell tumor of the patella treated with patellectomy and patellar ligament plasty with vascular prosthesis is presented. After 12 months follow-up no metastases or local recurrence is noted. The function of the extremity is sufficient for activities of daily living.
