Retinal venous macroaneurysm associated with premacular hemorrhage

Summary
A rare case of premacular hemorrhage caused by a retinal venous macroaneurysm in a 50-year-old man was treated with argon green laser. This intervention successfully cleared the hemorrhage and improved vision.
