A new role-and-feedback system for the supervisor and the organization

Changes in industry in general and in health care are forcing changes in organizational structures and in people. A new role for supervisors is being demanded as layers of management are reduced to cut costs and simplify operations. The new supervisor will have to be a leader and decisionmaker.
