Exhausting administrative remedies in appeals of PRO contract bid rejections: a case study

This article will discuss the procedures for filing an administrative appeal with the Comptroller General and the General Accounting Office. An actual case study of an appeal filed in a bid protest of a peer review organization contract award will be studied to illustrate the appeal process, and the resolution of this appeal will be examined.
