Process and outcome measurement in Alberta's Coordinated Home Care Program

A previous article in Home Health Care Services Quarterly described early work in the development of a Home Care Quality Assurance Program in Alberta, Canada. In this paper, the continued efforts of the Home Care Standards Committee in developing a client focussed outcome measurement tool is presented.
