Abstract:
This article reviews some representative state statutes in special reference to the responsibilities of the radiographer, in the hope to give radiographers and those in charge of departments of radiology a means to determine their liabilities according to their own state laws and institutional guidelines. It is not intended to serve as specific legal advice, but rather as a guide to radiographers and department managers.
