[Metabolic disorders in chronic circulatory insufficiency]

Abstract:
Some enzymes of glycolysis and tissue respiratory were studied in 377 patients with chronic circulatory insufficiency developing due to atherosclerotic cardiosclerosis and rheumatic heart diseases. The severity of hyperenzymia was found to grow along with the increasing stages of circulatory insufficiency. A direct correlation was established between the total activity of LDH and MDH, as well as between LDH5 and MDH1. The presence of enzymatic shifts in patients with haemodynamic disorders permitted to include, with good substantiation and differentiation, such drugs into the complex therapy that favourably effect the disturbed metabolic processes.
