Steven R. Brown on investigating kickbacks

(Steven R. Brown is the corporate security manager of the Southwest region for ARCO Oil and Gas. He primarily investigates and oversees investigations involving kickback and conflict of interest cases. He has travelled extensively to lecture on the topic. His 25 years of law enforcement experience includes serving as an instructor for the National Academy of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
