Abstract:
The production satisfaction is central to the delivery of mental health and human service. The most critical factor in service delivery is providing quality care. However, the ways in which services are delivered impacts the perception of quality. This paper provides a model for maximizing satisfaction among client and other important public of mental health and human service organizations.
