Abstract:
Keeping with our annual tradition (okay, it's only our second year), the editorial staff of the Journal of American Health Policy is issuing its 1992 Report Card. In our first issue, we graded the health policymakers of the Bush Administration. Since those people have only recently begun talking to us again, we thought it would be a good idea to turn our red pen to Congress' healthmeisters. Grades relate to leadership, ability to advance an agenda, and knowledge of and thoughtfulness about health care issues. And, yes, we graded on a curve.
