Abstract:
Patients appreciated the opportunity to give feedback. Nurses felt they were doing a good job and also that the decision to move into SRMC had been the right one. This project also highlighted for the nursing community the benefits for nursing practice that can result when representatives from education and service collaborate in research and evaluation.
