The Health Security Act: a complex and costly prescription for healthcare reform

The crafters of the Administration's Health Security Act recognize the need for "fresh approaches" to measuring and improving the quality of the American healthcare system, believes David Sundwall, MD, Vice President and Medical Director of American Healthcare Systems, an alliance of 40 multihospital healthcare systems.
