Perhaps ironically, this situation presents a golden opportunity for providers who understand that the market is merely responding to the combined stimuli of inflated demand and excessive regulation. We believe that Medical Service Companies, which unite physicians and hospitals under one corporate roof, can reduce market friction, improve the responsiveness of providers and provide better value than traditional provider organizations.
