A trustee goes to Congress. Interview by Renee Blankenau

Of the 99 new faces on Capitol Hill, 85 are Republicans and only 14 are Democrats; all 11 Senate freshmen are Republicans. One of the new Republican representatives, Mark Foley, a real estate agent from West Palm Beach, is a hospital trustee.
