[Transport of neonates (author's transl)]

All necessary organizational, technical and medical requirements for setting up a transport system for newborns were complied. Organizational and technical compatibility with existing emergency systems and facilities is important. Standards are necessary to guarantee the reliability and smooth function of the transport of newborns. Necessary personnel, costs, important equipment and indications were presented. Treatment for complications was discussed.
