[A case of ovarian struma found at a caesarean section (author's transl)]

A struma ovarii was diagnosed and excised during a Caesarean section. This seems to be the fifth case of such a tumor reported during pregnancy. The necessity of a routine inspection of the adnexe during Caesarean section is stressed.
