Abstract:
Adrenalectomy was followed in young male Sprague-Dawley rats by a delayed rejection of D-A skin grafts. This could be suppressed by implantation of both corticosterone and DOC pellets only. Thymic hormone injections did not interfere with this action of the corticosteroids.
