1MacKenzie Krusberg Design Associates.
Abstract:

Moreover, patients and families in a hospital are often distracted by other concerns. This makes a well-designed wayfinding system particularly important. Two facilities' dealings with professional designers illustrate some solutions which help both hospital and patients.
