Confronting and dealing with problems of latex-based products

The use of powdered latex gloves and other latex-based products and allergy problems related to them have become a major safety and environmental health concern of hospitals. In this report, we'll present the findings and viewpoints of allergists and anti-latex activists as well as those of manufacturers of latex products. We'll also give details on steps two major medical centers are taking to protect their employees and patients.
