[Electron-microscopic study of satellite cell formation in skeletal muscle under conditions of physical loading]

An increase of condensed chromatin was found in the nuclei of the muscle fibers of rat skeletal muscle after secondary exhastive physical exercises. Some nuclei of the muscle fibers with a part of the sarcoplasm separated from the muscle fibers. Satellite cells formed from the separated parts of the muscle fibers.
