Inflammatory dermatoses like dermatitis and eczema are common conditions requiring effective and economical treatments.
Topical corticosteroids are frequently prescribed, necessitating comparative cost-effectiveness analyses.

To compare the cost-effectiveness of topical prednicarbate 0.25% versus fluocortin 0.75% for inflammatory dermatoses in Spain.
To evaluate clinical effectiveness, tolerability, and economic impact from a societal perspective.
