  • To assess the feasibility and effectiveness of a multi-component food service intervention.

  • Development of five interrelated intervention components: nutrient guidelines, behavioral guidelines, educational materials, training, and kitchen support.

  • Process evaluation of guideline implementation and analysis of school menus for fat content.
