Abstract:
Experimental study determined, that the cause of protracted healing of colonic anastomosis made by multi-row suture in animals of younger age groups, is severe trophic disturbances in the area of anastomosis. The chief pathogenetic factor of comparatively unfavourable course of reparative process in younger age groups may be severe insufficiency of collateral blood flow of the organ. Adaptation mechanism aimed at the rise of the reactivity of blood erythrocytes not always was capable to support the reparative process in the region of the anastomosis at an adequate level. In older age groups of animals less pronounced microcirculatory disturbances provided comparatively quick restoration of tissue structures of the anastomosis.
