    Conclusions:

    • Reoperation can lead to significant seizure improvement in a subset of patients with intractable partial epilepsy.
    • Absence of prior CNS infection and concordance of pre-operative imaging and EEG data are strong predictors of favorable outcomes after epilepsy reoperation.
    • Identifying these predictors can help select patients most likely to benefit from repeat epilepsy surgery.
