The 'revolt' by members of Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham AHA(T), as well as the dilemmas posed by the Normansfield report, have recently done more than anything to disturb the calm of the RHAs. Author investigates what officers at the regional tier expect and hope of the Royal Commission in the aftermath.
