A note on social self-treatment and professional narcicism

A relatively large number (370 students) clustered in a few courses were taught in ways and contents very reminiscent of psychotherapy activities. The instructors were non-mental health professionals. The implication of such training offered independently of any mental health relationship for the profession of psychology is discussed.
