Energy conservation: when the bill is in millions

Current energy economy measures are estimated to be saving the NHS 30 m pounds a year. It is believed that at least another 30 m pounds at today's prices can be saved without affecting direct patient care or general comfort levels in hospitals. This article by V.E.
