Interviewing techniques

The purpose of this paper is to summarize the numerous articles on interviewing techniques available in the literature. The interviewer will be able to conduct an interview in a consistent, fair and productive manner. The applicant will be able to anticipate the types of questions a good interviewer may ask and as a result be better prepared for the interview.
