Guidelines for high risk or potentially high risk autopsy cases

These excellent procedures are in use at the author's institution, and are published here for the benefit of those who have not instituted their own, which is a deficiency found frequently at CAP inspections. The CAP is in the process of developing formal recommendations which will be published at a later date.
