Corporate restructuring: what, when, where, why, and how?

Today, more and more hospitals have either gone through a corporate restructuring or they are considering one. This article presents a hypothetical discussion between a trustee and an attorney about the process--what it involves, the different forms that it may take, the advantages and disadvantages, and the role the board should play in the corporate restructuring process.
