Institutional data disclosure

Compelling arguments exist both for and against disclosure of hospital and other institutional data relating to effectiveness of care. Olga Boikees, an attorney experienced in administrative law, contends that disclosure should be encouraged--but handled carefully so that the public will be informed, not confused or misled.
