Home care project survey data. Part I

This article describes data on home care record documentation and management practices, collected through AMRA's W.K. Kellogg Foundation-funded home care project. Part One, which follows, depicts the documentation practices of those home health agencies providing skilled/intermittent home care (Medicare home care model). Part Two, in next month's. JAMRA, will present survey data relating to record management, quality assurance, release of information, and the use of computers in home health agencies.
