Perhaps it is too early to draw any conclusions on the emerging finance presence at unit level. On the one hand Stuart Page has yet to find a unit general manager who is in the slightest critical of his financial adviser. . . but on the other there is still a very mixed feeling amongst his treasurer colleagues at district level.
