Esprit de corps of the medical group

Esprit de corps may be simply defined as morale. The purpose of this paper will be to advance the importance of the group spirit to the overall successful operation of a medical group organization, to encourage recognition of the group spirit and to consider the ways it may be developed, changed, revitalized and nurtured.
