Abstract:
Current projections indicate an inexorable increase in AIDS cases, with no cure in sight. The disease is affecting primarily those aged 21 to 44--those who have, in the past, been the main participants in employer-sponsored benefit plans and Social Security. Humane, economically viable benefit plan and personnel policy solutions to this public health catastrophe are described herein.
