Nursing salaries: fairer system for nurses' pay

In his final article on the development of the nursing profession L. C. Howell, area nurse (information/service planning), Cambridge AHA(T) gives an outline approach to a system of professional development which, he suggests, should provide the basis for a fair remunerative system. This, he says, would allow and encourage nurses to develop their own interests in whichever branch of nursing they choose.
