Medical Group Management Association strategic plan executive summary

In order to assure that MGMA and its affiliates CRAHCA and ACMGA continue to provide programs and services that are responsive to the changing needs of members and the field, the MGMA Board of Directors voted to initiate the development of a strategic plan in 1981. Guided by the appointed Strategic Planning Committee and utilizing the services of an outside consultant to facilitate the planning process, the project was set forth. A detailed membership survey was used as one component of the planning process. This executive summary highlights the key process and content elements as set forth in the complete plan document.
