Abstract:
Idiopathic hemochromatosis is one of the most common adult genetic disorders in the Caucasian population. The clinical manifestations are various with hepatic, pancreatic, cardiac disorders.... Arthritis associated with idiopathic hemochromatosis are less well-known and differential diagnosis with other arthropathies is sometimes difficult. Early diagnosis enables rapid treatment and better prognosis.
