Summary

Detecting lactate with in vivo 1H magnetic resonance spectroscopy can identify metabolic stress. New methods using BASING/MEGA pulses overcome signal anomalies in PRESS and STEAM sequences at higher field strengths, improving lactate detection accuracy.
