URAC's phone triage standards: a new 'seal of approval' for DM programs?

All telephone triage and health information programs are not alike, and the best ones may soon appear on the public's radar screen. Recently five of these programs were named the first to receive an official "seal of approval" in the form of a full two-year accreditation from URAC.
