    • In two cases, pacemakers were implanted during pregnancy to treat syncopal attacks from paroxysmal atrioventricular block.

    • This technology may be a viable option for managing cardiac arrhythmias in pregnant patients.
    • Further research can explore long-term outcomes and expand the use of such devices in obstetric cardiology.
