Abstract:
The authors equip clinicians with information useful for the post-acute care of adolescents with spinal cord injury. Chapter sections cover the epidemiology of spinal cord injury and its costs to society, the common medical problems that affect adult and adolescent patients, and special problems that uniquely affect the management of these patients.
