Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the efficacy and safety of a standardized diode laser cyclophotocoagulation protocol for IOP reduction in refractory glaucoma.
  • To assess the impact on medication usage and visual outcomes.

  • A retrospective analysis of 58 eyes from 53 patients with refractory glaucoma.
  • Patients underwent diode laser cyclophotocoagulation with a repeatable standard protocol.
