Abstract:
The two-dimensional absorption-inhibition method has been proved to be more sensitive than any other classical method in detecting ADH antigens in human bone, dental and urine tissue. The 96F microwell plates are used in our experiment, for it is easy for us to observe the results. It shows that the Two-dimensional absorption-inhibition method is practically effective to typing of ABH antigen on human nails.
