Novel approaches for discovering industrial enzymes

New technologies for enzyme discovery are changing the rules of the game for industrial biocatalysis. More kinds of enzymes are available, their hardiness is increasing, and their costs are coming down. These changes are the key drivers for a rebirth of interest in industrial applications of enzymes.
